Our ISLPs LOVE shared book reading as an activity to connect with children. This post from has great ideas to incorporate when sharing books with your little ones. Reading to children from a young age has so many benefits: building language skills, literacy skills, social-emotional skills, and more!

Hello Friends,

Here is our Youth Drop-In calendar for the month of March. Please note that the first week of Spring Break (March 16th - 20th) we will not have programming. We will start Spring Break Camp on March 23rd and for that week we will be running Spring Break Camp from 10:30AM - 4:00PM. If you know a youth aged 12 - 18 that is interested feel free to send an email to sef@vnfc.ca or leo.d@vnfc.ca for more info or to register for a spot. Spots will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
