We’re thrilled to share that Makala is stepping into the role of Office Coordinator at Dockside! Many of you know Makala from her roles as a Lead Patient Care Coordinator, so this transition is a natural next step. Her calm leadership and deep knowledge of the clinic make her the perfect fit.

And not to worry—Julianna isn’t going anywhere! She’s continuing to support the clinic, now focusing more fully on the operations side of things 😌

✨ This easy, balanced meal is a delicious way to level up your mornings. Welcome to our July recipe: High Fibre Avocado Toast 🥑

Most Canadians only get half the recommended daily fibre — and that matters. Fibre supports digestion, balances blood sugar, lowers cholesterol, and helps reduce the risk of chronic diseases like colon cancer and heart disease.

Instead of overhauling your meals, try adding small amounts of fibre throughout the day. This breakfast is a great example: about 11g of fibre per serving, plus protein from beans and eggs to keep you full longer.
