Root + Flow

Root + Flow Root + Flow offers Bars and other Access Consciousness Body Processes to people of all ages, including children and babies. I am merely the facilitator.

My practice evolves with every person I work with and has become a wonderful mix of Bars and inviting you to ask questions to open up space. I love the Access/questions combo because they are both your body/mind/soul working to empower and heal you and bring you back to...well, YOU! You know the answers and what you need better than anyone else, which in my experience is contrary to what Western medicine and Western forms of psychotherapy tell us.

​So, I don't do the healing and empowering...you do. How awesome is that?!
