Exciting News: We’re Moving to the Munro Centre!

We’re thrilled to announce that our naturopathic clinic is moving to a new and improved location — the Munro Centre, right behind Save-On-Foods and across from Uptown!

As of June 1st, 2025, you’ll find us at:
Unit 106 – 3550 Saanich Road, Saanich, BC

Our new space is designed with your comfort and care in mind:

A larger, more comfortable IV lounge, so you can relax and recharge with ease
Free, convenient parking — no more circling the block!
A central location in the heart of Saanich, making it easier than ever for patients from across Greater Victoria and surrounding Island communities to reach us.
Please note: Our current clinic will be closed on May 30th and 31st as we get ready for the move. We'll reopen at our new location on Sunday, June 1st.

This May we are focusing on mental health. Naturopathic doctors have the tools to support mental and emotional health using various modalities:

Don’t have time for an IV infusion? Consider a MINI BOOST!

We know summer can be a busy time. But it’s still important for self-care and making sure our nutrition is at its best. That is why intramuscular (IM) injections (we call them ‘mini boosts’) can be a quick way to support your health while enjoying all that summer has to offer on this beautiful island!

IM injections/miniboosts are smaller versions of IV’s that contain specific nutrients, amino acids and homeopathics. They are given either in the deltoid muscle (with smaller volumes) or in the gluteus medius muscle (located near your belt line at the top of the hip).

At Hydrate Wellness, we really do want you to stay hydrated! In active summer months it is easy to become dehydrated and lose water along with essential electrolytes.

Electrolytes are minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium that aid the proper function of all our cells. They are essential for nerve conduction, such as muscle and heart contraction, brain function and cellular and tissue fluid balance.

We can maintain our levels through foods such as fruits and high water content vegetables. Supplements can also be helpful but be wary of artificial colours and high sugar content, especially in drinks.

IV therapy can quickly and effectively get your levels normalized with balanced fluids and electrolytes.

So if you are struggling with maintaining good hydration, come for an IV infusion!
