✨🍳 Lazy Friday Dinner 🍳🍲🧀
By Friday, my brain is done making decisions.
So instead of asking “What should I eat?” I ask one easier question:
👉 Did I get a solid protein + some fibre?
That’s it.
That’s the whole plan.
Protein (about a palm-sized portion) helps keep energy steady and hunger quiet.
Fibre adds fullness, supports digestion, and keeps blood sugar from doing
gymnastics.
Lazy Friday looks like:
● Eggs + toast + veggies
● Soup with beans, lentils, or chicken
● A cheese board with crackers + fruit or veg
● Or…Lazy Leftovers or finger foods (no cooking involved)!!!
No tracking.
No perfection.
Just two anchors that make meals feel done.
