🅱️🩸My 10th plasma donation this morning was a GREAT END to 2024 and earned me a Donor milestone pin!

More than half (55 per cent) of the blood flowing through your veins is actually plasma. 🥀REMEMBRANCE DAY is today. Please take time to remember.
I am a veteran, and am thankful for all our serving members past and present that have given so much for our country.
In 2025, this beautifully strong daughter of mine will be deployed to Latvia for 8 months. Our troops need our support, today and always.

🌳Recently I had the privilege of co-hosting The SIMPLY BE Retreat at the magical FIVE OAKS Retreat center in Paris, located on sacred land where the Grand River merges with Whitemans Creek.
For 3 immersive days we enjoyed unforgettable moments together, transforming from strangers to friends as we gathered around the circle, campfire, dining table, and trails.
We shared our stories, laughter, tears, and silence.
My naturopath role was to teach and demonstrate home remedies that could assist coughs/colds and bladder issues, to assist them in making herbal tonics like Elderberry Syrup and Fire Cider, to set them loose to craft their own custom herbal teas, and keep them very well hydrated with a continual variety of herbal teas that included my Welcome Kava tea, Chaga coffee, Ayurvedic detox tea, and my signature Bliss tea. Everyone left with a goodie bag of remedies and tea to enjoy in the upcoming weeks.
This was an incredibly enjoyable experience and I hope I get invited back!
