I am a mom to two beautiful kids- Drage & Adley and I also run a business with my husband and do all the 'inside' work. Finding Beachbody has given me confidence and made me fall in love with myself again. It was something that I needed to do for myself to be happier and healthier. I look forward to reaching out to those girls and guys who like me, tell themselves they don't have time or are too busy to look after themselves. But we need to look after ourselves first before we can look after anyone else. I took this leap and made a choice to get fit and commit so I can be a better mom, wife, friend and to continue loving myself the way I deserve!!
