Happy New Year to all, past & present Yoga students and friends, wishing you all the best for 2023... I am back Teaching Yoga at our house & invite you to sign up for these new 7 week sessions, starting tonight Tuesday 10th Jan& tomorrow Wednesday 11th Jan for approx. 1hour. we'll practice a variety of classes to focus on different areas, everyone works at their own pace & capability; also breathwork & meditation & deep relaxation.
