Let’s be honest… most of us are busier than we actually want to be.

So taking care of your health can start to feel like a list of “I shoulds”…
or “where do I even start?”
or going down a rabbit hole of information and ending up completely overwhelmed.

But what if it didn’t have to feel that way?

What if you had someone to help you slowly (but surely) put yourself back on your own to-do list?
What if figuring out where to start didn’t have to fall all on you?
What if someone actually heard you, your goals, your life… and walked alongside you in the direction you want to go?

You don’t have to do it all on your own 🤍

Each thing you add to take care of your health adds up! Don’t let yourself become discouraged by the number on the scale or negative feelings about your body.

"How does body neutrality relate to health?

Body neutrality isn’t about ignoring your health.
And it’s not about giving up on feeling better in your body.

It’s about shifting the focus from
“How does my body look?”
to
“How does my body feel?”

It’s choosing to care for your body
even on the days you don’t love how it looks.

It’s going for the walk because it helps your mood.
Eating the meal because it gives you energy.
Getting the sleep because your body needs it.

Not as punishment.
Not to shrink yourself.
But because your body deserves care.

Body neutrality creates space for sustainable health—
the kind that isn’t driven by guilt, shame, or pressure,
but by respect and consistency.

You don’t have to love your body every day
to take good care of it.
You just have to be willing to show up for it. 🤍"

Because no one really taught us what to expect.

One day you feel like yourself…
the next you’re wondering why your sleep is off, your mood is shifting, your energy isn’t the same—and nothing you’re doing seems to “work” the way it used to.

You start googling.
You get a million different answers.
Some say it’s normal. Some say it’s not.
And suddenly you’re left thinking… what is actually going on with me?

Perimenopause isn’t a straight line.
Hormones are fluctuating (not just declining), which means symptoms can feel inconsistent, unpredictable, and honestly… confusing.

And on top of that, most care has been focused on menopause—not the years leading up to it.

So if you’ve been feeling off, overwhelmed, or like you’re doing everything “right” but not getting the same results…

You’re not broken.
Your body is changing.
And you deserve support that actually makes sense for this season. 🤍

If you are due for your breast Cancer screening. This is for you! The mobile screening unit will be in Wainwright in March!

Breast cancer screening saves lives. The Screen Test mobile mammogram clinic will be in Wainwright March 5 to 12, 2026.

What: Screen Test Mobile Mammography Clinic
How to book: Call 1-800-667-0604 (toll-free)
Cost: None

Who should be screened?
• Women 45 to 74: Breast screening is proven to have the most benefit for this age range. Have a mammogram every 2 years, no referral needed.
• Women 40 to 44: Screening is optional and they should discuss the risks and benefits of screening with their health care provider. A referral is needed for their first mammogram in Alberta, which is available online here.
• Women 75 and over: Can continue screening and should discuss the risks and benefits with their health care provider.
• Screening mammograms are not recommended for those under age 40: Talk to your health care provider if concerned about having an increased risk of breast cancer.

Transgender, gender diverse and non-binary people eligible for screening:
• Assigned female at birth and have not undergone top surgery (mastectomy), or
• Assigned male at birth and have been on feminizing hormone therapy for 5+ years in total.

Why are mammograms important? Screening mammograms are routine tests used to find early signs of cancer in individuals who have no breast problems or symptoms. They can find changes in the breast that are too small to be felt, before symptoms appear and when treatment may work better. To learn more about Screen Test, visit our website or call us at 1-800-667-0604.
