✨ Stretches to Relieve Low Back Pain ✨
If you’re dealing with tightness or aching in your lower back, gentle stretching can make a world of difference. Here are a few simple moves to help ease tension and improve mobility:
1️⃣ Knee-to-Chest Stretch – Lie on your back and gently pull one knee toward your chest, holding for 20–30 seconds. Switch sides.
2️⃣ Cat-Cow Stretch – On hands and knees, alternate between arching your back up (cat) and dipping your spine down (cow) to loosen your spine.
3️⃣ Child’s Pose – Sit back on your heels with arms stretched forward. Relax your chest toward the floor and breathe deeply.
4️⃣ Figure 4 Stretch – Lying on your back, cross one ankle over the opposite knee and pull your legs gently toward your chest to stretch the hips and glutes.
5️⃣ Pelvic Tilt – Lying on your back, flatten your lower back into the floor by engaging your core, then release. Repeat slowly 10–15 times.
