ect spot to come rejuvenate, unwind and tap into the deep healing cavities of your mind and soul. So come on out, bring your family, friends or colleagues and treat yourselves to a session of relaxation and finding your inner balance. (Totally acceptable to just bring yourself!!)

Not to worry! There’s no water involved! The best thing about a sound bath is you don't have to do anything. It's something you just let wash over you, A good’ole fashion Sound Soaking if you will! A sound journey is taking a holistic approach to relaxation and healing. It goes back thousands of years. Many forms of sound therapy have been clinically proven to lower blood pressure and heart rate, reduce pain, decrease anxiety, improve fibromyalgia symptoms, increase sleep and many other types ailments and maladies of the spirit, mind and body. You will enjoy sixty minutes of undisturbed meditation. It can be a perfect escape from the modern stresses of life and therefore become a healing haven. Sessions are 60 minutes . however we ask participants come at least 15 minutes early. What to bring

-Prana Nada provides a limited number of mats, pillows, and meditation blankets, so it's a good idea to come early to secure your spot. (15 mins)
-It also would be wise to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow just in case the complimentary kits are taken. After all, your comfort should be a priority! Payment
You will be welcomed at the entrance by a Prana Nada hostess. Cash is preferred

What to wear

Wear Loose-Fitting Clothing: You’ll want to make sure that what you wear is comfortable and not too restrictive. Loose-fitting clothing is the best choice for a sound bath as it won’t constrict your movements or interfere with the sound vibrations. What to expect

As you arrive, you will be met by the hostess. Payment will be arranged. And your Sound Journey begins! The atmosphere will have dimmed lighting and mood enhancing effects. Shhhhhh Its quite time! Time to nestle in and set intentions for a positively positive experience 🧘‍♀️😁

Reminder! :) All devices and cell phones off Please! There will be a brief meet and greet by your practitioner. A short guided meditation will start things off, commencing with the various sound instruments chosen for your sound bath. Its time to lay/sit back and allow. Allow the sounds and vibrations to take you on your own personal journey. There is no right way or wrong way to take your journey. Think of a nice peaceful meditation time. Focusing on the sounds and vibrations of the room or your breath can enhance your experience. Your practitioner will be there to help guide you back again as the experience reaches its conclusion. Little reminders- You are not a prisoner! LoL
If at any time you are over come with coughing, overwhelming emotions etc, or if nature calls, please feel free to quietly rise and exit the hall. It’s perfectly acceptable to change position, we just ask that we all respect our neighbors and to keep noise at low decibel…
Everyone has a different sound journey, some fall asleep(try not to but its ok if you do. Lol) If by any chance we are visited by an over zealous snorer - the host/hostess will gently touch the shoulder. This will also be the case if at the end of the session you sleep through the guided rising time. It Happens! The gentle hum of the harmonics lull many into deep meditative or REM states. LoL
Some have very stimulating experiences and some have very very deep emotional responses. Relax and enjoy- and know you are within Good Vibrations! After Session Tea- Prana Nada offers an after session tea- take a few moments after your meditation to have some complimentary refreshments. Mingle with a few of your fellow participants or chat with Vanessa, your certified Sound Practitioner- We love to hear your feedback and hear about your experience. A pleasant way to end your Prana Nada journey. Disclaimer-Prana Nada and/or the facility at which the session is being held can not be responsible for any lost or stolen properties , however. Our host/hostess can definitely watch over your things to the best of their ability. We are totally all about transparency and honour here at Prana Nada. If possible it’s recommend leave bulky purses or heavy wallets and devices at home. This way you have complete peace of mind. As as Sound Therapy practitioner, I am not a licensed health professional. As such, I will not diagnose, prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of qualified physician or other licensed medical professional. The services I offer are considered complementary to traditional Western medical practices.

Each session lasts approximately 60min. During this time bowls will be played to encourage a deep state of relaxation where a person’s own healing abilities may be activated. Please note, in cases where a private session is taking place, that part of the session involves the placement of vibrating bowls near or on the body of which some give off very high or very low-pitched sounds. If you have reason to believe that these objects and the sounds they make may cause discomfort, pain, or injury, please, advise us before the session begins.


-We recommend pregnant women and/or people with pacemakers and/or people with a history of seizures to consult their physician prior to attending a sound bath event with us. Once physicians clearance is obtained, please join us for a wonderful sound healing adventure. Pregnant ladies-Bring an additional pillow or two so you can lay comfortable. If you have had a bone fracture, please wait 6 weeks before attending a Sound Bath. Or consult a professional medical practitioner. The work we are doing can cause powerful vibrations which are felt in the body.
