What is CBT?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a practical, evidence‑informed approach that helps people understand how thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, behaviours, and situations all influence one another.
This is known as the Five‑Factor Model. By exploring these connections, CBT supports people in noticing patterns, reducing overwhelm, and building new ways of responding that feel more grounded and supportive.
CBT can be helpful for anxiety, stress, low mood, overthinking, self‑doubt, and unhelpful habits. We’ve created a simple carousel that explains the model and how it can be used in everyday life.
If you’re curious about CBT or wondering if it might be a good fit, we’re here.
