🌱 Hello April! Join us in welcoming a season of fresh starts and gentle growth.

With spring settling in and nature waking up around us, April offers a beautiful reminder to begin again. It’s a time to shake off the heaviness of winter, reconnect with ourselves, and move forward with intention and care.

This month encourages us to notice the small shifts, more light, more movement, more possibility and to support our bodies and minds as we transition into a new season.

At The WOMB, we are here to support you through every season of life, offering care, connection, and a space where you feel seen and supported.

Thank you for continuing to grow with us and be part of this wonderful community. We look forward to sharing April with you 💐

Today we feel especially grateful for the incredible women who make up The WOMB.

Within our walls are 20+ dedicated practitioners who have chosen careers centred around supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and every transition along the motherhood journey. Each brings her own knowledge, compassion, and lived experience to the work of holding and caring for others.

Supporting women is powerful work and we are endlessly inspired by the women who show up for this community every single day.

To every woman who has walked through our doors, thank you for trusting us on your journey. It is a privilege to support you through such meaningful chapters of life, and we are honoured to be part of your story.

To the women in this photo, and to every woman walking the path of motherhood in her own way: we see you, we celebrate you, and we are grateful for this community. 🤍

Spring is just around the corner 🌷
As the days grow a little longer and winter begins to loosen its icy grip, the promise of milder temperatures and a much-anticipated spring begins to stir.

March invites us into a season of renewal, growth, and gentle momentum. It’s the perfect time to check in with ourselves, listen to what our bodies need and continue nurturing our wellbeing.

Here at The WOMB, no matter your age or stage of life, we are here to hold space for you in the way that feels most aligned and supportive for you.

And as always… thank you for being such a vital part of our community. We look forward to seeing you this month 🩷

Being a fertility coach and doula is truly one of the greatest gifts of my life. 🤍 Walking alongside women and families during their most vulnerable, tender seasons from trying to conceive to welcoming new life, is an honor I never take lightly. Holding space, offering guidance, and witnessing the strength that unfolds in each journey reminds me why this work matters so deeply. Every story, every tear, every triumph is sacred.

With so much love,
Jess
