"Asphalt resurfacing will take place on Bruce Road 4, between William Street North and Ontario Road in Walkerton, starting October 6, 2025, until late October.

During this time, expect alternating lane closures and delays.

Please drive with caution and patience. Follow posted signage for your own safety and the safety of construction crews.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE🚧

Heads up, Walkerton! The Municipality of Brockton has announced a full daytime closure of Yonge Street North from Durham Street East to Valleyside Drive (also known as the LOBIES PARK road) for surface restoration repairs.

📅 Closure in effect:

Start: Monday, September 8, 2025 (6:00 AM)
End: Friday, September 12, 2025 (7:59 PM)

✅ The road will reopen to local traffic at night.

If you’re coming to our office during the day, please give yourself a little extra travel time, especially with the main bridge wait times into Walkerton!
