Its a mix of many different techniques, including ancient forms and relatively new techniques. Some of these modalities include Swedish massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, energy balancing, cranio-sacral therapy, acupressure, Chinese fire cupping and other modalities. Myomassology brings together many therapies in order to provide the body with a sense of relaxation and pain relief as well as reducing the strain and stress of everyday life.
