Under-eye filler isn’t just about the under-eyes 👀💉

This result was created by addressing the relationship between the lower eyelid and midface, not just filling a hollow.

By restoring support through the cheeks, we’re able to:
• soften under-eye shadowing
• improve the lid–cheek transition
• reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds
• and create better balance around the natural under-eye fat pads

A small amount of under-eye filler was used to refine the area, but only after restoring structure through the midface 💉

The focus is always on structure first!
Not overfilling, so results look rested, not done.
