It’s back to school germ season 🦠. So here’s what we do to stay healthy and support our immune systems as best we can.
1. Weekly Epsom salt baths 🛁. Soak in warm water and 1 cup Epsom salt for at least 20 minutes.
2. Take daily probiotics to help support our gut health 🥥.
3. Eat more protein 🥩to help support our energy and fight off sugar cravings 🍩.
4. Take Elderberry syrup a few times a week to build immunity and fight off germs 🦠.
5. Spend as much time out in the sun ☀️ as possible to get in our Vitamin D.

When I started my career in nursing 15 years ago I knew I wanted to help people 👩‍⚕️
