Face: Use in your daily skincare regimen for glowing skin and a healthy complexion.
Try: Lavender, Frankincense, Sandalwood.

Back of neck and behind ears: Apply to ease feelings of overall tension.
Try: Frankincense, Lavender, Valor.

Hair: Apply to support healthy hair & scalp, and to promote growth.
Try: Rosemary, Lavender, Cedarwood.

Temples: Apply to ease feelings of head tension.
Try: Peppermint, Basil, M-Grain.

Ears: Apply around ears (never inside) to soothe ears.
Try: Tea Tree, Basil, Lavender.

Shoulders: Apply to help you stay grounded.
Try: White Angelica, Ylang Ylang, Black Spruce.

Cutest oil bottle hack alert!! Grab a pack of spray tops from Amazon & make a mini citronella bug repellent. I always have a couple half filled citronella bottles in my oil drawer - I will add unscented witch hazel to them & add the spray top. I keep it with my YL insect repellent in a ziplock baggy in my pool bag for bug emergencies Post from .essentials Thanks!

Did you know that Valor, the blend cherished by many of us, was also one of Gary Young's personal favorites? Here’s the story behind what sparked its creation…

"I made this blend in 1990 because at that time I was having a confrontation with the IRS, and I had to go to Seattle for the hearing. I was really scared. I made Valor the night before, poured it in the tub, and then bathed in it. At that time I was living in Spokane where I had a little farm I was starting. I drove to Seattle, stayed in a motel, got up, went into the hearing that morning and presented my case. Two weeks later I got a certified letter in the mail announcing to me: Mr. Young, we've heard your case, we've reviewed it, we have accepted your presentation, and we have dropped our issues against you. So I won on all 42 counts. That was a big accomplishment for me. So, Valor became very, very dear to me and has been a very powerful oil blend ever since."
