Make our favourite protein balls with us! Tastes even better with the help of little hands ☺️

1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (I used crunchy)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup gluten free oats
2 scoops protein powder (I used vegan beyond yourself cookie dough)
1/8 cup bloom boost
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Mix. Roll. And store in the fridge! Enjoy 🤍

Why hair samples for your scans?!

Your hair tells us SO MUCH about your body! Your hair strands can take upwards of 6 years to grow. Each strand is fed by your circulatory and lymphatic systems, absorbs nutrients and toxins as it grows. This process creates a snapshot of your body’s internal state and each sample is completely unique.

Hair is so informative that it can even be used to determine blood relatives and genetic disorders (not that we’re doing this - but just further proving the point! 😉)

This type of testing is non-invasive and incredibly informative to take a peek into your internal health ❤️

We offer 3 scans here at Nourish:

All scans will come with your results, a breakdown of those results (aka I’ll explain to you what I’m finding based on your symptoms and scan) and a protocol to get you started and get you feeling better (this could involve things like nutrition recommendations, supplements, lifestyle recommendations and/or exercise recommendations)

1. Purchase your scan of choice on our website or in store
2. We’ll email you when your test kit is ready
3. Take your hair and saliva samples easily at home
4. Bring them or mail them back to Nourish
5. We send them away to get tested - this takes about 4-6 weeks
6. We’ll email you everything you need as soon as your results are in!

An easy grab n go high protein, high fiber snack OR breakfast!

2 tsp chia seeds
1/3 cup milk of choice
3/4 plain Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop protein powder
Mix er up. Top with frozen raspberries.
Store in fridge and ready to go for the next 3 days! 🙌🏼

Approx 30g protein & 7g fiber!
