Not all su***de looks like a gun, a rope, or a goodbye letter.

Some su***de looks like:

-Getting high again, knowing it could be the last time.
-Drinking until your body gives out.
-Ignoring your health, skipping meals, skipping meds.
-Surrounding yourself with danger because you no -longer care if you make it out.
-Pushing away people who love you because you don’t feel worthy of love.

This is what some call “soft su***de.”
It’s not always about wanting to die in one moment—it’s about slowly killing yourself over time because life feels too heavy to carry.
You don’t say it out loud. You just let the pain speak through your choices.
