Winter can amplify isolation in farming communities—fewer people around, longer stretches alone, more time in our own heads.

Hosted by Togetherall, AgTalk is an anonymous online space where people in agriculture can connect, share what's heavy, and hear from others who understand this life.

It's peer support grounded in shared experience. No judgement or pressure to have it figured out, just a place to process what you're carrying with people who get it.

Sometimes knowing you're not alone in what you're feeling makes all the difference.

Parenting can be challenging at times, and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

The Nobody’s Perfect Parenting Group is a safe place for parents of 0–5-year-olds to strengthen their parenting skills and self-confidence to show up for their children every day!

This group also offers participants a supportive social network with other parents who are navigating the highs and lows of parenting.

Peer support in agriculture is something we've always done: the check-ins we make with neighbours, the conversations over coffee, the way we show up for each other when things get hard. Rural communities have built this kind of support naturally for generations.

On March 13, we're hosting a free webinar to explore how we can strengthen peer support in farming communities and what it looks like when we do it intentionally.

Executive Director Merle Massie will moderate a conversation with Andrea Paquette from Stigma-Free Mental Health Society, farmer and mental health advocate Doreen Blumhagen, and Lee Swain from Togetherall North America the platform behind AgTalk). We'll dig into what peer support actually means in agriculture, the training and tools available to support it, and real lessons from people who've been building connection in rural spaces for years.

Whether you're a farmer, a community leader, or just someone who cares about mental health in rural communities, this conversation has something for you.
