Spring is the perfect time for a reset—not just for your home, but for your body too.
As we start moving more, getting outside, and taking on all those “spring projects”… your body is feeling that shift right along with you.
Our massage therapists shared a few simple ways to support your recovery this season 👇
🌱 Move a little more
Even small increases in movement help improve blood flow to your muscles. Ease into it, and don’t forget some gentle stretching before and after.
🐾 Make it part of your day
Recovery doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing.
Think: walking the dog, stretching while waiting in line, or adding quick mobility into your routine.
💧 Support your system
Stay hydrated, nourish your body, and take time to get outside—even a few minutes of fresh air can make a difference.
🧹 Spring clean (your body too)
We often focus on the same areas over and over. This season, consider having your massage therapist work on areas you might overlook (like your arms, hips, or lower body).
