Warman Physiotherapy & Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to helping the residents of Warman and surrounding area achieve fitness and optimal mobility. We are able to provide registered services for Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Our clinicians are experienced in providing treatment for chronic ailments, acute injuries and fitness promotion. Not only do we

provide the usual Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Massage services, but we have extensive knowledge and clinical experience in women's health, prenatal, post-partum care, and infant and child development. Our newest Physiotherapist also brings a sports therapy focus including rehabilitation and team programming to the clinic, which in an active area like Warman is definitely needed! This spring, our counsellors are reminding us that supporting our mental wellness does not have to mean doing everything at once. Often, it starts with a few simple things done consistently.

One small place to start:
→ a 10–15 minute walk outside
Fresh air + movement can make a bigger difference than we often expect.

A simple “stack” to support your mental wellness might look like:
→ getting enough sleep
→ daily walks
→ taking a few quiet minutes to check in with yourself

And if you’re feeling the urge to reset this season —
start small.

Pick one area:
→ your sleep
→ your mornings
→ one space in your home

You don’t need to overhaul everything to feel better.

Spring is the perfect time for a reset—not just for your home, but for your body too.
As we start moving more, getting outside, and taking on all those “spring projects”… your body is feeling that shift right along with you.

Our massage therapists shared a few simple ways to support your recovery this season 👇

🌱 Move a little more
Even small increases in movement help improve blood flow to your muscles. Ease into it, and don’t forget some gentle stretching before and after.

🐾 Make it part of your day
Recovery doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing.
Think: walking the dog, stretching while waiting in line, or adding quick mobility into your routine.

💧 Support your system
Stay hydrated, nourish your body, and take time to get outside—even a few minutes of fresh air can make a difference.

🧹 Spring clean (your body too)
We often focus on the same areas over and over. This season, consider having your massage therapist work on areas you might overlook (like your arms, hips, or lower body).
