You can't control your future.

But you can definitely control your attitude as it comes.

Although I didn't get a clean MRI this time around my previous active lesions are inactive. Which means inflammation in my body has definitely gone down due to my stricter regime of detoxing, parasite cleansing and focusing on vitamin deficiencies and adding in valuable supplements to my lifestyle.

I have managed to keep my ferritin levels up over 6 months at 100 which usually drops only a couple months after infusions, which is an amazing change.

I managed to get all the old lesions on my brain and spine under control and have no new lesions on my spine.

BUT...

There are 4 mini lesions in 4 different areas of my brain 🧠 but micro tiny compared to past lesions and sizes,

AND...

they are none enhanced which means they didn't light up with the contrast the same way as others!

I had to reread my MRI report.

My neurologist was concerned with 4 new ones, but the fact that they didn't light up the same way as many previous years means I am doing a regime that is keeping the inflammation in my body in line.

Each day we have the choice in how we portray our attitude, direction of our thoughts and how we do things. Bad things happen to good people but all of this time I have realized it's about the attitude you carry when times are good (or bad).

Each day choose how your day will go, and each day realize that things may not be YOUR way and maybe that's okay.

Everything happens for a reason but you can control the attitude that you carry🙏🏻

And prayer 🙏 and hope will get you through anything.

I am unstoppable now.

For many years, I focused on fitness and conditioning.

I ate healthy.

I tried vegan, vegetarian, Mediterranean diet, and all of the above...trust me, all of them.

But something that I really didn't focus on was vitamins and minerals, therapeutic therapy, and most of all the psychological aspects of truly healing.

Holding onto trauma, that you thought going for a run was going to fix, or lifting weights would take the weight off.

When you finally understands what is making you sick ?

Why not look deeper than just the surface.

I finally threw on my boxing gloves and gave it all I got a couple weeks ago.

There is no perfect cure, but an accumulation of many opportunities.

I feel I am in a right place to share my journey with you since my diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis ♥️

I have been feeling pretty amazing lately 😌

90 % of my symptoms gone most days...

I have to be doing something right ✅️

Our body's are pretty amazing 👏

I will be posting about my journey soon. 😌

Stay tuned.

If you are struggling,

I have a message for you.

Multiple Sclerosis will not define who I am.

It may dictate some of the physical things that I struggle with on different days, but that DOES NOT MEAN THAT I HAVE TO BE NEGATIVE.

Our attitude and the way that we treat others are way more important than being selfish and or using our own rough times to be more miserable.

It's all about our perspective.

Look at this:

I have Multiple Sclerosis.
It's absolutely aweful. I am miserable every single day and am not staying positive, and affecting others around me.
I have so much trouble adjusting to every tough thing that comes my way in my life.
Things will never get better.

OR ...

I have Multiple Sclerosis.
My life is so blessed. Although I may have difficulty distinguishing my good and bad days, I choose to stay positive in my mind so that my body can continue moving forward. I am so blessed to be able to raise my kids, be a homesteader and have a farm.
Life is amazing 👏

See?

All about perspective.

Stay positive my friends.

I have been struggling with Multiple Sclerosis for almost 2 years now.

So hear I am getting yet another iron infusion. 🩸💉

Liquid Gold.

I would like to say that I am doing well, but it's actually been a struggle.

Things that have been happening to me:

❗️Extreme exhaustion and fatigue
❗️Body pain that lasts for many hours of the day
❗️Numbness and tingling sensations in my hands and fingers
❗️Blurry vision and loss of balance

I am afraid to book another MRI...

"Is it getting worse? " is the first question that enters my mind.

I have to trust that it's going to be ok ...

Monday REAL TALK 👄

A question I get asked MANY times.

'How do you stay so positive during your Multiple Sclerosis journey?'

We all battle something.

I battle each day with Multiple Sclerosis.

Last years MRI Scan wasn't good.

My Relapsing-Remitting MS was aggressive.

Lately my battles have included:
Headaches
Neck pain and stiffness all the time
Constant lack of appetite
Vision changes and eye pain
Changes in mood, personality, behavior, mental ability, and concentration
Memory loss and confusion

To be honest it's been extremely difficult lately.

I have many days where I struggle with even getting out of bed 🛌.

I have many days where the devil attacks me and says, "you aren't good enough, you aren't a good mother and you should just stay in bed."

Having a purpose with intention.

Stop those thoughts before you believe them and tell yourself what you intend to get done.

Each morning I have a decision to make:

Do I let Multiple sclerosis define who I am or do I let it push me to break through the barriers of these hurdles and say,
"not today devil, not today. "

Where does my strength come from ?

My faith in God pulls me through all of my hardships and keep me positive each day.

My strength to get up each day for my husband and for my children is what motivates me.

My commitment to my family and tend to the kids
Making meals for family, clean house, homeschooling to water all of the animals, milk my goat 🐐, pick eggs, clean out the pens and coops have not been easy.

Everyone has been helping out.

Let me be clear about one thing.

Rest is an important part of physical health too, and we do need to listen to our bodies too.

But don't let those negative thoughts define who you and and what you want to accomplish.

Don't let your battle define who you are.

Iron infusion to healing...yet again.

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Some say life begins at 40,
Others at 50...

Why do we define ourselves as a number?

All nonsense!

Life begins when we decide to stop pleasing the audience.

"You may encounter many defeats but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, and how you can still come out of it.”

It's been just over a year since I layed in bed (on a Wednesday), bed ridden, my kids at my moms for a week while I rested after the hospital and my Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis.

I couldn't see out of my left eye and my body inflammation was out of control, I could barely walk and my body was nimb and in so much pain.

I was knocked down and didn't know when I would see the silver lining of it all.

It's been one heck of a year and extremely difficult.

So many struggles.
So many changes.
So many people showing me how amazing they are when I was doing well.
So many blessings that have followed 🙏

I didn't ask for this and I have spent the last 365 days of my life asking,

"God ? Why me?"

The more time I spend asking this question the more God whispers to me,

"Trust my plan 🙏 "

So here I am trusting the plan that God has set out for me.

STOP THE EXCUSES!!

We have one life... Just one!

We should be running like we are on fire towards our wildest dreams.

I didn't have the time.
👉🏻 I MADE THE TIME.

I didn't have the knowledge.
👉🏻 BUT I DID WHAT I KNEW & LEARNED ALONG THE WAY.

I didn't have the confidence.
👉🏻 THE CONFIDENCE CAME WITH RESULTS.

I had plenty of excuses.
👉🏻 BUT I CHOSE NOT TO USE ANY OF THEM.

What will you do tomorrow?

Natural treatments!!

Sore throat and cough this one helps so much!

Fermented garlic-lemon-ginger in raw honey 🍯

Picture #1 one month later
Picture #2 day I made it
As it ferments it will get darker, totally normal!
~~~~~~~~
Benefits include:
Fermented garlic honey is a traditional remedy that has been used for centuries to improve health and boost the immune system. As someone who is passionate about natural remedies, I have been exploring the benefits of fermented garlic honey and have found it to be a powerful addition to my health regimen.
The combination of garlic and honey creates a potent mixture that is rich in antioxidants and has antimicrobial properties. Fermenting the garlic in honey enhances its nutritional benefits, making it even more effective in supporting the immune system, aiding digestion, and promoting healthy blood pressure levels. Moreover, fermented garlic honey is easy to make and can be used in a variety of ways, from drizzling it on roasted veggies to adding it to marinades and dressings.
▢1 cup whole garlic cloves peeled and slightly crushed
▢1 cup raw honey or more, as needed to cover garlic
▢ 1\2 lemon 🍋 cut in half and sliced thinly
▢ 2 tbsp of fresh shredded ginger
Instructions:
Place the peeled garlic cloves into a wide-mouth pint sized mason jar. Add enough honey to completely cover the garlic cloves. Make sure they are coated with honey.
Place the lid on the jar loosely, then tuck into a dark place.
Every day or so, tighten the lid on the jar and flip it upside down to coat the garlic cloves with honey. Loosen the lid again when you return it to the upright position.
Within a few days to a week, you should see small bubbles start to form on the surface of the honey.
The honey garlic will ferment for about a month, but you can eat it at any time. The flavor will continue to develop over time, the garlic will mellow, and the honey will become much runnier.
Store in a cool place for many months or even a year, if not longer
🙋🏼‍♀️ANNOUNCEMENT 🔊🗣🙋🏼‍♀️
'The comeback will be greater than the setback in your life.'
The reason that I started my buisness
9 years ago was to offer a safe place that others could come to, no matter what their fitness experience or background was.
After being diagnosed with optic Neuritis and loosing vision in my eye and later diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis I knew this comeback was going to be different.
Losing vision, color and focus in my eye by 70-80% has been terrifying.
But I have learnt over time that sometimes rest is adequate for recovery.
My heart always dreams big and I will continue to train and workout to keep this body strong, mentally and physically.
I may not be able to lift heavy dumbbells because my hands are numb and tingly, and have shooting electrical currents from my arms to my fingertips and have trouble gripping things with my hands.
But, slowly I will get there again.
I may not be able to run because my legs feel heavy and sore and I get numbness and tingling sensations from any impact activity.
But, I will slowly get there again.
I may be dealing with alot of concentration and memory issues, balance and coordination issues and
currently not able to keep up to my previous fitness level.
But, I will slowly get there again.
See, no matter what my obstacles are, I will continue to promote ways to keep healthy and fit no matter what the story is, or what have been diagnosed.
I understand.
If you want to be part of a community of individuals who are motivating and inspiring we got you.
If you want a trainer who understands what you are going through when it comes to your health challenges, I got you.
I AM SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE....
DRUM 🥁 ROLL....
PROGRAMS COMING SOON!!!
1.) 30 day online health and wellness restart
2.) In person Bootcamp classes for all levels !
