She has no memory of why she and her younger sister became estranged. Perhaps I did something terrible that I don’t remember doing was her best theory.
In the hypnotic state, she recalled her and her sister's young lives living abroad in turbulent and uncertain times.
She also recalled leaving home to come to Canada at 19. When I asked her higher mind….. How did that affect the relationship with your sister? It replied….. “SHE WAS LEFT ALL ALONE TO FEND FOR HERSELF. IT WAS LIKE A BETRAYAL, ONE THAT SHE COULD NEVER SHAKE OFF”. I asked her higher mind, what can she do? “WRITE HER A LETTER, IT WILL BE THE THING THAT BRINGS YOU BACK TOGETHER,” was the message given.

In a deep hypnotic state, I led her to the non-physical dimension, where she was met by her daughter. In that moment, the burden of “Did I do everything I could have?” was lifted.

During the consultation, she spoke of her husband with deep admiration. “He treats me like a princess,” she said. However, something felt off. She often sensed an odd vibe from him, reminiscent of a fatherly energy. This is not the kind of vibe one typically seeks in a romantic partner.

Through hypnosis, she remembered him from a past life as her authoritarian teacher. Both fathers and teachers serve as authority figures, which is what she was perceiving.

She is one of the friendliest clients I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. And yet, she experiences extreme adversity brought on by people who want to hurt her and see her suffer. She wanted clarity! i.e. is there something unconscious going on that is attracting horrible people into her life?
In a deep-trance hypnotic state, she saw herself as a little girl hiding from the N***s. She described it as terror. She also saw herself as a teenage girl, amid the French/Spanish War in 1636. Also trying to escape terror.
When I asked her higher mind “WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL TERRORIZING HER?” it replied….

Fantastical information often comes up in a regression session leaving the client wondering if it was real or just their imagination playing tricks on them. That’s exactly what happened to a client who experienced living in ancient Greece while in a deep trance state.
After the session, he meticulously did a deep dive into the history books, and, lo and behold, the events of that time, names, the exact geographical location; and how he died; everything that was experienced in his mind's eye was verifiably accurate, which triggered a healing response in his body.

He’s nervous because as a police officer, he may face the ridicule of his colleagues if they were to find out he tried regression hypnosis. But something compelled him to make the appointment anyway.
In the hypnotic state, he recalls two incarnations, the first he sees himself dying at a young age in battle, and the second he again sees himself perishing at a young age in the line of duty.

During the consultation, he talked about severe trauma and grief, as well as the idea that he has considered the thought of ending his life i.e. su***de. In hypnosis when I asked his higher mind about su***de, it reported the following…..
“FROM A HIGHER PERSPECTIVE, THE ENDING OF A LIFE IS SEEN AS A DISRUPTION IN THE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS; ONE THAT AFFECTS ALL OF CREATION; THE ABANDONING OF A SACRED CONTRACT IF YOU WILL. THERE IS NO JUDGMENT, AND NO PUNISHMENT, SIMPLY A SITUATION WHERE YOU MUST REPEAT THAT WHICH WAS LEFT UNFINISHED IN THE NEXT INCARNATION”
The answer sparked something amazing in the client. He now sees his life as a sacred responsibility rather than a curse; and is now better equipped to go on in a powerful way.

In 325, Constantine the Great created the Catholic Church after a genocide of 45,000 Christians, where he tortured them to renounce Reincarnation.
Why was Constantine so threatened by the idea of reincarnation? What motivated him to slaughter tens of thousands of innocent people? Could it be that the continuation of the soul after physical death is indeed a reality, as reincarnation suggests?

The client met a historical figure in her hypnotic experience; in this case, she described seeing Yeshua. She described his physical appearance in detail… light brown skin, a big nose, tall, and even the size of his hand.
The client wanted to sort out some emotional issues that were weighing on her. “I FEEL STUCK” is how she described her life.
In a hypnotic trance, she experienced the historical figure Yeshua performing a healing by cupping his hand over her head.
Many skeptics will say “That was just fantasy”. But if the outcome of the session provides peace and relief, does it really matter whether it was imagined or real?
“THE WEIGHT OF THE WORLD HAS BEEN LIFTED” is the feeling she later described.

In deep trance, she quietly said the word ‘HEART’. I replied ‘What about your heart?’, ‘HEARTBREAK’ she answered back.
Although she thought she had worked out her emotions regarding her divorce; she did not. She felt the physical sensation of heartbreak as she held her chest. I gave her subconscious mind the instruction to do whatever healing is needed.
Hypnosis therapy practitioners call this kind of experience ‘metaphysical causation’, that is; the emotional playing itself out in the physical. If left unchecked often the issue manifests itself as dis-ease (a body that is out of ease)
What do you think heart disease is? In every case, you’ll find an individual with an emotionally broken heart.

The client came in for a past life regression hypnosis session. Before the session, he said to me that he may not be able to go into hypnosis. That didn’t happen, rather, he went in quickly and intensely. He was able to find the source of his strained marriage as well as the source of his physical pain. I instructed his subconscious mind to do the healing.
You see…. Every cell in your body must respond to subconscious mind instructions. Hypnosis is simply what makes the instructions able to be carried out.
He doubted he could do it, but in the end, all that was needed was an open mind and the intention to heal.

Historically, many great thought leaders who have presented novel innovations into the world have often, in the beginning, been violently opposed. Past life regression hypnosis therapy is no different. Those who don’t understand it will sometimes lash out claiming that we are doing the bidding of the dark side, with an agenda to harm. This of course is small-minded, to say the least.
Regression hypnosis taps into the client's consciousness via the Theta brainwave state. Simply that means; that I assist the client with going into a profound state of relaxation where they can access information that was previously inaccessible to them.

Why would someone want to do that? To discover the origins of a physical ailment or an emotional imbalance so that it can be effectively eradicated. With greater access to consciousness i.e. the subconscious mind, they can do that. There’s nothing mysterious or dangerous about that; it’s part of the human condition. Ancient Egypt and ancient Greece practiced this type of therapy millennia ago. The work was carried out in what they called ‘sleep temples’. Today we call it past life regression therapy. This isn’t new stuff.

Consider this fact…. everything in the universe known or unknown, visible or invisible, living or nonliving is made of atoms. Atoms have what science calls “Information fields” also known as “energy fields” Furthermore it has been known since the middle 1800s that consciousness affects the information fields of atoms. Let’s read that again because it’s really important…. “CONSCIOUSNESS AFFECTS THE INFORMATION FIELDS OF ATOMS”
So; if consciousness can affect the information fields of atoms; and, if we are made of atoms, then that can only mean, the mind controls the body. Again, nothing new.

The reason the ‘powers-that-be’ don’t want this information to be generally known is because we have massive industries called, ‘the medical industry’ and ‘the pharmaceutical industry’ that rely on you being unwell; that’s how they make money (and control). Remember, these industries inform the government, not the other way around.
[Fact! You are of no value to them if you are healthy, happy, and fearless]
So you see, when someone discredits my work, it is simply ignorance talking. I work with spirituality-based principles, which is the same as saying, I work with principles of Quantum physics. Both explain the fundamentals of our true nature, that is, consciousness.
Lastly, evidence for the continuation of consciousness after physical death i.e. reincarnation is something that the new science is in complete accord with. So, no, past life regression therapy is not bull$@ #!

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 30 – INDIGENOUS
In consultation, she shared that an attraction to all things Canadian indigenous is always with her. She was born half Italian and half Irish, therefore she felt it was odd that Canadian Indians were very often on her mind. The intention of the session was to discover her life purpose in this lifetime.
She landed into a past life as an indigenous female. Upon returning from foraging she witnessed the slaughter of her entire tribe; including her husband and child.
Her higher mind explained that her life work in this life is to help people overcome their emotional pain using a unique method of spiritually oriented talk therapy.
Her higher mind also explained the reason why she was shown that life; it was to remind her of her strength and the level of empathy needed for her healing work here in this lifetime.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 29 - THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS

She wanted clarity about her life path. She felt like she had a higher purpose that wasn’t currently being expressed.
She easily went into a deep trance state and saw herself as a black woman in what seemed like the early part of the 19th century. She saw her abduction and was soon sold off as a slave.
Later I asked her higher mind why she was shown that lifetime. The reply was…. “TO REMIND HER OF THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS, AND TO BE EMPATHETIC TOWARDS ALL, EVEN THOSE WHO VIOLATE YOU”
This was to be her life work; to teach this to others. The interesting thing about past life regression work is that sometimes unexpected information comes up that can be life-saving. That’s exactly what happened here. Her higher mind alerted her to a physical issue that manifested due to the traumas of that past life as a slave. The issue was identified and healed on the spot, therefore averting a potential future illness.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 28 – RESENTMENT & ANGER

I normally write about my past life regression session stories that are fruitful, but how about the ones that are not? Here’s a recent case example.
The client states that she is resentful and angry with most people. She is a domineering A-type personality.
What’s happening with a client with these characteristics is what I call ‘chronic thought addiction” together with the negative belief that says “My anger and resentment are justified” healing becomes a little tricky.
This, unfortunately, creates a scenario where spiritually-based therapies like Past Life Regression likely do not succeed. So, can anybody be helped with past life regression? The answer is no. Some people will not allow it because aggression and intellectual ego block the process.
Among friends and family, we commonly refer to this personality type as ‘energy vampires’ i.e. the type of person that sucks all the energy out of you simply by being in their presence. This is how they compensate for their deep fear of life.
Although past life regression has one of the highest success rates for healing many emotional and physical ailments, the truth is; that not everyone can accept that gift.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 27 – TWIN FLAME
A past life regression session requires the client to show up with a list of questions they would like to have their higher mind answer. The client was female. One of her questions was “HAVE I MET MY TWIN FLAME?”
She entered a past life where she witnessed herself as a male in a very precarious situation, he was hiding from someone that threatened his life in some way. After some probing, it was discovered that he was having an affair with a married woman, and the husband wanted revenge. When I asked who the girl was? She replied… “She is also me”. In other words, the client witnessed a past life where she was both the male and female character. This is uncommon and strongly suggests a splitting of the soul into two incarnations i.e. twin flames bonded on a soul level. The intense love the client felt at that moment brought her to uncontrollable tears.
This session was important for her because she had just broken up with her long-time partner and needed to experience what soul love is for her mind/body healing. It created for her a sense of renewal and a sense of optimism. Now she just has to find her current life twin flame.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 26 – A HAPPY LIFE

She is experiencing a disease that can likely put her in a wheelchair within the next 12 months if left unchecked. The medical industry so far has done nothing to help her find a cure, so she decided to put her faith into something that made her doctors cringe…. past life regression therapy.
In her current life, she could be described as having an angry disposition, with an obsessive-compulsive character, needing to control every aspect of life, and also the people in her life. She was clearly well on her way to emotional and physical annihilation.
In her past life recall, she saw a past life in the early part of the 20th century. The past life she experienced was filled with happiness and joy; in fact, it was so beautiful it brought her to tears. Her past life was simple yet fulfilling, her relationships were loving, and she desired nothing more than what she already had.

Later in the session when I asked her higher mind why she was shown that particular past life, it replied…. “She needed to see what is possible for her if she could just let go of the anger, and if she could just let go of controlling all aspects of her life, as well as the lives of people around her”
As a habitually stubborn-natured person, she needed to be shown the possibility of a happy and healthy future in order to feed her belief in the process. The higher mind always knows the best and fastest way to get to the healing; every time.
Remember, every disease is rooted in emotional stress and trauma, with no exceptions! The job of past life regression is to find the source of that stress and trauma i.e. the seed event.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 25 – CUTTING THE CORDS

When two people are energetically connected, such as a husband & wife, child & parent, siblings, etc., they often have a significant effect on each other, both positive as well negative. Of course, when it’s negative it can create seriously adverse mental states, as well as negative physical conditions. The spiritual community deals with such an issue with a ritual called ’CUTTING THE CORDS’ Basically it's a visualization exercise where the individual sees themselves cutting the energetic connection between them and the one that is causing the adverse emotions.

In this session the client did not go into a past life but rather various times within the current life. She was able to see herself cutting the cords with everyone in her life which was causing her distress. With the first person, she saw herself cutting the energetic cord using a Chainsaw, the next person a pair of scissors, and the next using a cutting tool. The fourth and final person was a tough one, she was not able to find a tool that could handle the job of severing the connection because the negative energy between her and this man was still too strong, so she called upon Archangel Michael to help with the cutting of the cord using his sword.

The things she was able to heal as a result of severing all the negative connections in her life were lower back pain, upper back and neck pain, allergies, and thyroid.

Erickson replied, “I’m sorry, you’ve misunderstood what it is I do. I take people out of trance; people that are walking around like zombies.
I’m burdened with the task of waking people up. Waking them from the trance of being afraid of change, waking them from the trance of addiction, waking them from the trance of being broke and sick, and waking them from the mind virus of control and obsessive thinking.
Therefore I do not put people into trance, but rather, take them out.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 24 – NO PHYSICAL BODY
What if there is no past life to look at?
That’s exactly what happened with a recent client. She (the client) saw that she had no physical body; she clearly was not in a past life experience; yet she knew she was an elemental (non-physical being often tasked with universal/celestial work).

It is sometimes a little tricky for me to have a conversation with a non-physical being, but like always, I ask as many questions as possible so that when the client later listens to the recording; they will have an opportunity to observe patterns and helpful connections that can help them sort out whatever they came to sort out.
As the practitioner and observer, clients who regress to an elemental existence always gives me a front-row seat to an enlightening verbal documentary like no other.
These individuals are often drawn to work that involves healing and spiritually oriented things, this client was no exception.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 23 - UNKNOWN LANDS

We’re currently living in times where more and more people are questioning our written history. Everyday, evidence seems to appear that shows a history that we know nothing about. Pictures of technologies that were never shown to us, pictures of colossal buildings with architecture that boggles the mind; that we know nothing about. Strange stories about Antarctica, UAP’s, and the list goes on and on…
Every once in a while a client in a deep hypnotic trance will share information about our planet. And that's exactly what happened the other day. I was asking questions to the client's higher mind, and all of a sudden he started talking about the lands beyond the arctic. Of course this caught my attention, so I probed further. He explained how there is a vast amount of land that is not currently known to us, and that this landmass is a pristine utopian oasis.
Is that possible? I can’t say, but it certainly is intriguing.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 22 - I FEEL WEAK

The client wanted clarity on her feeling weak and uninspired all the time.
She was born into a traditional European family where the women had their place. Unfortunately, the women's place was one where verbal expression was not freely welcome. She also felt as though the stress of her unhappiness was affecting her body shape. She knew something had to change in her life now.

In session she experienced four past lives. In every one of her past lives she saw herself as men in powerful leadership positions.
In her current life, she wasn’t expressing power at all. And there lies the issue.
The message she was given by her higher mind was….. “Stop carrying around other people's responsibilities, it's weighing you down and it's making you weak”
The higher mind also explained that carrying around other people's stuff is the cause of her degrading body shape. All was healed, and her new life now reflects one of positive power.
Furthermore, leaving her current work was a decision she made as a result of her profound past life regression experience. This is something that is common with many clients. It seems too many of us are working at jobs that don’t speak to our soul.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 21 - WHAT'S IN A NAME?
Part of your karmic contract is also in picking the name you will have in this lifetime. So, what if your mother decides to change your family name legally? Wouldn’t that change the trajectory of your life? That’s precisely what happened to my client. I won't share his new family name here for privacy reasons, but I can say it is a word that is considered by all to be extremely positive. For example, it would be like changing your name to “LOVELY” or something like that. His higher mind in the past life regression session explained that the new name had a significant effect on him, and the reason why he is on the path of spirituality now.

I had another client that gave in to the Canadianized version of her name simply because it was easier for people to say. She shared with me that she hated her new name. Coincidently her life has been filled with anger and antisocial behaviour since coming to Canada. In the past life therapy session her higher mind suggested that she start asking people to call her by her birth name i.e. the way it is pronounced in her native language. The Canadianized version of her name was stifling her energy flow. It's like wanting to listen to your favourite jazz radio station, but instead having it tuned to the heavy rock station. It’s not going to work out well considering you don’t like the vibration of heavy rock. In other words, you are going to feel frustrated and angry all the time. That's what was unconsciously happening to her with her new name.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION STORIES OF HEALING – EPISODE 20 – THE UNKNOWN HEALING PLANT

She lands in a past life around the end of the 19th century. She sees herself working as a healer using plant medicines. I asked her what people in her time thought of plant medicine healers. In other words, are they accepted as legitimate practitioners? (I wanted to know because the modern health system had begun at this time) she replied, “some people ridicule me, but it's safe for me to do this work; I’m not scared”.
As with all PLR sessions I always ask as many questions as possible in case something comes up that can later be verified via online research. I asked about the names of the plants that she uses in her treatments. Most of them sounded familiar to me except for one. I quickly wrote down what she said. After the session was over I asked the client if she had ever heard of such a plant. She said no. Later that evening I did an online search in the hopes of discovering what this unknown word was that she spoke while in a deep trance state. I was thrilled to discover that it was in fact a plant, as well as used for medicinal purposes dating as far back as 500 years. Consider this…. It was a healing plant that the client had never heard of, and yet she spoke of it while in a hypnotic past life experience.
