I see colleagues all over the map travelling and doing all sorts of additions to their careers. …. Sometimes it makes me anxious but more then Ever I’m like “meh” I am actually good right here. I really am Good!
Simple, one on one genuine care, not finding a niche but treating each patient individually because so many factors matter in health. I hear you!
Instead I’m Spending time with my kids who are 12 and 14, fully engaged in sport and I’m their biggest fan.
Finding time for my husband when we can and family trips for quality time. And making effort for family diners at the dining table for simple conversations.
Finding time to go north to visit my parents which is always a new adventure. Aging parents is not easy and I appreciate anyone who’s here with me.
And enjoying a community that has each other’s backs every step of the way. Life is better with community.
Besides being done w snow and looking forward to summer - I wouldn’t have it any other way.

It really is a thing when women come into my office to say nothing has changed but their bodies are so different. This stresses how important health is in the earlier stages.
Conclusions: Postmenopausal women showed a clear shift toward lower lean mass and greater central adiposity across BMI categories. These patterns indicate a consistent deterioration in body composition during the menopausal transition.”
Doesn’t sound to good if you ask me. And the changes were most pronounced in “normal” sized women.
Results showed Across all BMI categories, postmenopausal women demonstrated significantly lower lean body mass, soft lean mass, skeletal muscle mass, total body water, protein, and mineral content compared with premenopausal and perimenopausal women.
Stay tuned on how to help.

Yup not gonna lie I’m sure my cells were fighting for their lives too!!! …. Our kids are definitely much more aware, in tune and healthier. I didn’t eat half of what they do at their age but I love this for them! .
Not to mention all my real talks with them on puberty, periods, libido and s*x. Bahahahah. Don’t think anyone spoke about this to me!
As my kids say. …. “Your a 🌽 ball mom!”

Lots of questions about estrogen skin creams latley. .
Yes it’s an option. But choosing the right type is what I care about most here!. Ask us about a weak estrogen option that’s safe combined with Hyaluronic acid (HA) (a naturally occurring, water-retaining sugar molecule found in the skin, joints, and eyes that acts as a potent moisturizer, lubricant, and hydrating) and clean ingredients too! .
We focus on everything skin- inside and out! Call or email us. 7054290015 or info@oleahealth.com

Methylation is a fundamental biochemical process where a methyl group (one carbon and three hydrogen atoms, or CH3) is added to a molecule, acting like a switch to control its function, turn genes on or off (epigenetics), and regulate vital bodily processes like detoxification, neurotransmitter production (dopamine, serotonin), hormone balance, and DNA repair. This essential reaction occurs constantly in every cell, affecting everything from cardiovascular and neurological health to immune function and energy production, relying on nutrients like B vitamins and folate.
