Collagen French toast - protein for 2 slices = 28g. This recipe makes approximately 4-5 slices of French toast. .
First start off with a protein rich bread like the sprouted grain breads, carbonaut etc. looking for 7 g per slice approximately
2 eggs
3 2.5 g scoops of collagen
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4-1/2 cup plant based milk 🥛
Soak bread and cook on stove top. You can top with h**p seeds, banana etc.

Every so often I need some diner insp.. It’s easy to get in the groove of the same old things. Loving the seasoned chicken bowls.
A little blackened chicken bowl. .
Ingredients
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
⅛ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
⅛ teaspoon salt.
Drizzle chicken with olive oil and Season the chicken. Top over your fave steamed greens, sautéed cabbage, sweet potatoes, or rice.

High protein morning waffles. One serving recipe.
Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup high protein yogurt - I used plain
2 tbsp protein powder (15 g) I use vanilla flavored whey protein but use what you like - can even make chocolate and make banana chocolate chip version
1/4 cup flour (30 g) oat flour or spelt flour or gluten free if desired
1/2 tsp baking powder.
25 g of protein here! .
Instructions
Start heating up the waffle iron and spray with oil.
Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth.
Pour into the iron and cook per machine instructions.
Top with your fave fruit and local 🍁 syrup YUM!

Mold sickness is always in the back of my mind for some patients but … hey hockey parents! Mold in your kids hockey equipment is a thing…. Double check them. Air them out. Clean them. And be mindful of where you store it. .
Some symptoms
- skin rashes
- runny nose or post nasal drip
- dry irritated eyes
- ear popping or ringing
- urinary symptoms
- boating
- craving sweets
