Announcing March 2026 Let’s Move Information

Our very own Michelle Fisher is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer passionate about helping people build strength that carries into everyday life.

At her Let’s Move Fitness Hub Empowered by Body ‘n Balance in Stayner and Wasaga Beach, she offers supportive, structured classes designed to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence — no matter your starting point. Her approach is focused on sustainable progress, proper movement, and helping you feel capable in your body.

Whether you join a group class or work with her one-on-one, you can expect coaching that meets you where you’re at and challenges you to move forward safely and consistently.

Let’s Move Advanced - Stayner – Morning Class

Monday - Wednesday - Friday 6:00am 1hr

A higher-intensity progression of the original Let’s Move class, designed for those ready to be challenged. This class combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement with a faster pace and added complexity to build endurance, power, and resilience.

New Movers - Stayner

Mondays 5:00pm - 1hr

A welcoming starting point focused on foundational strength, mobility, and building confidence in movement.


Chair Fitness - Wasaga Beach

Tuesday - Thursdays 2 classes available

A seated and supported class designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and circulation in a safe, accessible format. Ideal for those looking for a lower-impact option while still building functional strength and confidence.

A supportive postnatal fitness class designed to help moms rebuild strength, improve core stability, and regain confidence — all while keeping the baby close. This class focuses on safe, functional movement in a welcoming environment where connection and community matter just as much as the workout.

A balanced class designed to improve posture, stability, flexibility, and overall functional strength.

Circuit Boot Camp - Stayner

We’re excited to share some great news about our personal trainer, Michelle Fisher!

Michelle has officially expanded her fitness offerings with the opening of her own own dedicated training space, Let’s Move Fitness Hub, located in Stayner. This is an exciting milestone and a testament to the incredible work she continues to do with her clients and community.

Michelle will still be running classes and sessions with us at Body ’n Balance Physio & Wellness Clinic in Wasaga Beach, while also offering additional programming out of her new space. This expansion creates more opportunities for clients, including increased availability, more class options, and greater flexibility in how and where people can train with her.

We’re incredibly proud of Michelle for continuing to grow, challenge herself, and push her clients toward greater confidence, strength, and movement. Her passion for creating welcoming, supportive, and effective fitness experiences shines through in everything she does, and we’re thrilled to support her as she takes this next step.

Over the past year, we’ve continued to build an amazing team, expand the services we offer, and grow in ways that allow us to better support our patients and community.

We’re excited to share our January personal training class lineup, featuring a mix of new and returning programs, with several 4-week sessions running from January 5–9 through January 26–31.

All classes are led by Michelle Fisher, a CanFit Pro Certified Instructor and Simcoe County Reader’s Choice Award winner for Best Personal Trainer (2024) and Best Fitness Class / Instruction (2025). Michelle is known for creating classes that are welcoming, motivating, and adaptable for a wide range of fitness levels.

Christmas Food & Toy Drive – Week 3 Wrap-Up!

What an incredible final week! We’re truly overwhelmed by your generosity—thank you for the toys, hygiene products, and an amazing 124.30 lbs of food donations.

We’re thrilled to share that our Christmas Food & Toy Drive has been another resounding success! Thanks to your kindness and community spirit, we collected a total of 269.60 lbs of food and approximately two car trunk loads of toys and personal hygiene products to help local families enjoy a brighter holiday season.

We'll be drawing the winners for our massage therapy gift certificate early next week. So stay tuned!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who donated. Your generosity makes a real difference in people’s lives, and we’re so proud to be part of such a caring community. The toys, hygiene products, and food you’ve contributed will bring joy and comfort this Christmas.
