The Resourceful Mother

The Resourceful Mother I am an Accredited Family Life Coach, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Spiritual Vitality Expert My major focus has been on food and emotions since 1999.

I am a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (R.N.C.P.), graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in Richmond Hill, Ontario with Certificate of Merit. I specialize in pediatric nutrition. In 2010, my book ‘The Resourceful Mother’s Secrets to Healthy Kids‘ was published; it assists parents in tackling food sensitivities and allergies and helps them heal their childre

n. Today, I own The Resourceful Mother, a company whose major function is to help parents heal themselves and their children physically, emotionally, spiritually and, for some, prevent the need for healing. I regularly conduct seminars at parenting centres, community centres, schools, companies and online. I taught pediatric nutrition, body mind spirit and others subjects to future nutritionists at CSNN for ten years prior to 2020. My first book was chosen as the textbook for the pediatric course at the Edison Institute of Nutrition – a worldwide correspondence nutrition program. I also meet with individuals and parents one-on-one, teaching them how to do things differently than the majority, in order to be the healthiest and happiest. In 2014, my book “The Resourceful Mother’s Secrets to Emotional Health” was published; seven of the ten chapters assist individuals in healing from the past, coming to love themselves and living the lives they desire for themselves. Three of the ten chapters assist parents in raising the most emotionally healthy children possible. This book is for everyone who wants to learn to look at life through the lens of their heart. In 2018, my third book “The Resourceful Mother’s Secrets to Spiritual Vitality” was published to help people understand universal intelligence and its role in our lives.

“If only our tongues were made of glass, how much more careful would we be when we speak?” Neil Shah

Don Miguel Ruiz reminded us in “The Four Agreements” of this important concept; we are the only animal on the planet that can speak; our word is the most important tool we have as humans.

Yet “we use the word to curse, to blame, to find guilt, to destroy. Of course, we also use it in the right way, but not too often. Mostly, we use the word to spread our personal poison - to express anger, jealousy, envy and hate.”

And we are seeing this more and more 🥺

When we talk negatively, complain or are impolite, this does not make us feel good about ourselves. In contrast, think of how saying “please” or “thank you” or “I am grateful” feels inside.

Speaking positively, lovingly and respectfully is one of the steps to coming to love ourselves and it increases our vibration. I felt it was a good time to bring this up 😉

All my love, Meredith xoxo

“What if there is a path for you that is greater than what you envision? What if there is a life for you that is more than you would even know to ask for? What if you are inherently and unknowingly limited by your old perspectives, your outdated ideas of what is possible? What if all the discomfort within your being is simply trying to redirect you to a place beyond anything you’ve considered before? What if there is more than you know? What if there are things out there so good, you don’t even know you are waiting for them?” Brianna West
