😁Happiness is a choice… but it’s not always any easy choice!

There are a lot of steps on the Emotional Energy Scale. And when you are down in fear or grief or even higher in worry or frustration you still have many steps to move into the emotion of happiness.

You can’t move from rage to joy, but you can move!

To start feeling better, become familiar with how you feel and start working with the thoughts behind the emotion.

🌸 Identify your emotion & thoughts

🌸 Reach for a better feeling thought (change the story you are telling yourself)

🌸 Once that new thought makes sense, continue moving to a better feeling thought

🍂 Happy Autumn Everyone! We had a perfect day to celebrate the Autumn Equinox with an amazing group of lovely people! 😃
Dawn spoke of the unique energy of this season and lead a little Qi Gong routine to move some chi. And I lead a beautiful meditation to release old patterns and a gratitude practice to welcome in the changing energies of the fall. What a wonderful time! 🍂
