EmpowHER Prenatal & Birth Services Prenatal Classes & Birth Doula Service As a childbirth educator I offer prenatal classes. Classes typically occur in small groups (max of 6 couples).

Classes take place over a 6 week period with one two hour class per week. If needed, private classes can also be arranged. Topics covered in the prenatal series range from labour and birth, comfort mechanisms, medical interventions, breastfeeding and transition to parenthood. EmpowHER Prenatal & Birth also offers birth doula services. A birth doula is there to support the pregnant women and her family throughout their pregnancy, birth and immediately post partum.
