For those of you struggle to get up and get going in the morning, this has been a GAME CHANGER for me. Please listen to her January 13th podcast for the full details. I have gotten up as soon as my alarm goes off. I drink 2 cups of water (which I was doing anyway) and I wait an hour to drink my coffee. THIS PART is an aha! I have way more energy and I don't need another coffee. I make my bed (I NEVER do this). I go on the treadmill for at least 10 mins and I get morning light for 5 AND I HIGH FIVE MYSLEF IN THE MIRROR. It has made it easier to tackle hard things because I have so much success in the morning. Can't recommend this enough.
