She will continue to treat under the Energy Sports Medicine name from her home in Waterdown and will welcome anyone who would like athletic therapy or massage therapy treatments.

A Personal Note from Erin & Jessica
As we approach the summer season, we want to share some heartfelt news with you. After a great deal of thought and reflection, we’ve made the very difficult decision to close Energy Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre as of August 31, 2025.
This chapter has been one of incredible growth, connection, and learning. It’s been a journey filled with meaningful moments, both joyful and challenging. While we’ve poured our hearts into this space and explored every possible path forward, we’ve come to a point where closing the clinic is the best—and only—next step.
The road of entrepreneurship is rarely a straight line, and although we’ve celebrated many successes along the way, the hurdles we’ve faced in recent times have been especially tough.
To our wonderful patients, team members, and practitioners—you have been the heart and soul of this clinic. Your trust, support, and presence over the years have meant more to us than words can express. It has been an honour to walk alongside you on your wellness journey.
As we prepare for this transition, our priority is ensuring that each of you continues to receive the care you need and deserve. We are working closely with our team to provide personalized guidance and referrals. Please don’t hesitate to speak to your practitioner about the next steps that feel right for you.

Wow—what an unforgettable evening! We are thrilled to share that our Prancing with the Stars event was a phenomenal success, raising over $180,000 for the Oakville & Milton Humane Society (OMHS).

Thank you so much for supporting our dancers. Your gift will have an incredible impact on the many animals in our care.

The highlight of the evening was seeing John Barclay and his professional dance partner, Ilinca, deliver a show-stopping performance that earned them the coveted trophy for Best in Dance Show. Reflecting on the experience, John shared that the evening was one of the best nights of his life.

"The day I got married, the day I was accepted into the K9 unit and tonight are the top three highlights of my life,” said John. We couldn’t be prouder to see his joy and dedication shine on stage!

A huge congratulations goes out to both Ashley Lynch and Gabrielle Black who competed at the Gymnastics National Championships in Gatineau, Que last weekend.
We are so thrilled for Ashley who is the level 9 (15+) NATIONAL CHAMPION!! 🎉
And equally as amazed by Gabby who is a member of team canada and placed 6th ALL AROUND, with silver on vault, 4th on floor, 8th on beam & 11th on bars. Fantastic results for a first year senior and the only first year senior in the top 13!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Your hard work and dedication has paid off and we are all so very proud of you. ❤️
