And it's a wrap for another year at the Reclaiming Birth conference.

Thank you Kristen Nagle and Christina for putting your passion into action and bringing together a collection of individuals who are building a movement of change for pregnancy and birthing women and their families.

Together we can reclaim and celebrate the rights women deserve in on their birth-ing days.

I rarely win anything but yesterday my name was pulled in the raffle draw. I had my eye on these books to purchase earlier in the day at the display table, but my manifesting for them worked!!

My next manifest is to be up on the stage at next year's conference 🤞as a speaker 😉

Happy Clinic-anniversary to me!

Yesterday marked 13 years with Waterdown Village Chiropractic & Wellness Group . I have been rooted in Waterdown for well over half of my 19 year naturopathic career (the first several years were spent in Toronto, then a year hiatus to live in South Korea, and a short time in a Burlington clinic before landing in Waterdown).

Thank you to my work family for making it easy to come to work, for the flowers, card and the lovely celebratory words you had for me.

Thank you to the community for trusting me with your health, wellness and the well-being of your beloved family members.

My next career milestone will be next year celebrating 20 years in clinical practice. 🫣

I am a self-proclaimed Birth Geek.

My first conference of the Fall season is this coming weekend.

I'll be at the Reclaiming Birth conference this weekend in London ON alongside other birth protectors, advocates and enthusiasts.

The line up of speakers is on fire and I am so excited to hear Dr. Stu speak again.

I'll bring back all the nuggets of knowledge I collect this coming weekend back to the office next week.

As I was ending my full body weights class this morning with Mountain Climbers, I was motivating myself to keep going with the thought that "I will be super annoyed if I get osteoporosis my arms".
