May is National Physiotherapy month and this year the focus of May is on highlighting the vital role of physiotherapists in improving mobility, rehabilitation, and overall quality of life! 💚

Today our physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants got together for a Pilates reformer workshop with instructor Sherry Sato to increase their understanding and knowledge of various exercises that can be used in the rehabilitation of upper and lower body injuries.

At Waterdown Physiotherapy, our staff are always working to improve their knowledge and to provide our patients with the highest level of care 💪🏻
