✅Check your pace. Slow down when everything feels urgent and rushed. Rest isn’t laziness, it’s maintenance.
✅Notice your inputs. What you read, watch, and listen to shapes your mood more than you think.
✅Reach out before you isolate. Connection can shift everything, even if it’s just a short chat or text.
✅Find a therapist who fits. Caring for your mind deserves the same attention as caring for your body.
