Today was a beautiful reminder of what truly matters. 💛

Renata spent the day surrounded by her loving family — sharing a meal, laughter, and precious moments that filled our home with joy.

Celebrating the Heart of Beechwood Manor 👵🏻👴🏻💛

This week, we’re proudly celebrating Care, Attendance, and PSW Appreciation Day — a time to recognize the incredible individuals who fill our home with compassion, dedication, and heart.

At Beechwood Manor, our caregivers are more than just staff — they are the calm in the chaos, the warm smiles in the morning, and the comforting hands at the end of the day. They show up for our residents and each other with unwavering love and patience.

To show our appreciation, each team member is receiving a personalized mug that says:

“You are the calm in the chaos — sip back and relax.”
Because they truly are the steady strength in every moment.

And what better way to say thank you than with something sweet?
We’re also sharing Portuguese treats with the message:
“It’s nata a team without you!”
A little pun, a lot of heart, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Through dedication and the right team, we’ve seen incredible progress—occupancy has surged, staff morale has improved, and Beechwood Manor is more beautiful than ever. But none of this happens alone. Finding the right people has been key, and I’m beyond proud to introduce two incredible additions to our leadership team.

✨ Shelia, our Director of Care, brings unmatched knowledge, professionalism, and grace to our community. Her expertise ensures that our residents receive the highest quality of care with compassion at the forefront.

✨ Jenn, our newest team member, is a spark of energy, positivity, and fun. Her presence will not only brighten the lives of our residents but also enhance the work culture for our staff.

Watching this team come together and witnessing the growth has been deeply rewarding. This is just the beginning of something great, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
