The Personal Assistant for Leisure (PAL) Card allows a support person to attend recreation programs for free when assisting someone with a disability.

✅ Who it's for:
• Ages 4+ with a disability that limits daily activities
• Available as temporary or permanent

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 How it works:
• Cardholder pays the regular fee
• Support person joins at no cost, only to assist

📍 Accepted at:
• City-run pools, arenas, arts & community programs
• Local partners like Bingemans, Chicopee, KW Symphony & more

📄 Apply online:
• Proof of disability + 2 references (e.g., teacher, therapist)
• Visit the City of Kitchener or Waterloo websites to apply
