There is something magical that happens when we gather - the energy takes on a life of its own.

I prepare for weeks, allowing the emerging current to come through and the workshop to weave itself in response to the energy of those who feel called to attend. And yet I can never truly anticipate the beautiful alchemy that happens when energies meet.

I am deeply grateful for everyone who came to Presence & Clarity last weekend, and for reflections like this one. I love watching people come alive within themselves.

After moving through some big emotions this morning (hello eclipse season!) I tuned into my oils to see which plant allies stepped forward to help me regroup and shift into greater ease, peace, and clarity.

Eucalyptus and Spanish Sage stepped forward. Within just a few minutes of having them in the diffuser, I felt more present, my tense shoulders released, and I was breathing deeper.

I haven’t used Spanish Sage much before today, but I am glad to have it! It’s resonance helps to clear away stagnant thoughts and beliefs related to our perceived inadequacies and bring us to a greater acceptance of ourselves and our abilities.

Eucalyptus helps us tune into our breath, opening the heart and lungs to release grief and sadness. It also helps us to release attachment to any perceived health challenges…where we can over identify with our physical pain or limitations.

What I love about working with oils in this way is that tuning in and selecting oils not only supports my physical and emotional well being, but it also provides insight and clarity.

I wouldn’t have selected these oils intellectually based on how I was feeling, but they are the ones that wanted to work with me.

When I tune into their messages and gifts, I can begin to see a deeper layer of what might be moving under the surface of my emotions. Something I didn’t realize was there. The subconscious made conscious.

This is something we can miss when we only operate from the mental field.

I select oils for the diffuser before each client session in this same way. I call it their individual “magic potion”. The oils are chosen before the client is even in the building, purely on intuition. I let the energy lead - and then it becomes clear during the session why these plant allies wanted to show up and support the healing process.

There are so many ways that we can receive wisdom and support through the world around us, especially if we are open to listen to the threads of energy flowing through us.

Sometimes it takes months to start to unravel an experience. I travelled to Portugal earlier this year after receiving unmistakable divine guidance that there was something there for me.

I discovered a path that followed the sacred trail of the Templars and their reverence for nature, divine connection, and Mary Magdalene.

This thread is one that began for me as a child, and I am still opening up to the new insights and downloads that arrived on this journey.

Sometimes you need to just show up, be present, and trust that all will unfold.

So much has changed for me since I returned from that trip. When we take time to connect with the energy of the land, the history, and feel into the threads that weave through it - to just BE - something magical happens.

We don’t have to figure it all out, we just have to say yes to our experience.

And sometimes the message and the meaning doesn’t come all at once, but shows up in the many ways life unfolds in the months after.
