Meet Lauren 👋 Lauren works with a wide range of clients, with a special passion for female skating athletes — including hockey, ringette, and figure skating, as well as recreational skaters.

What sets Lauren apart is her approach: she takes the time to truly get to know her clients — their story, their goals, and what matters most to them — so she can guide them back to doing what they love safely and efficiently.

From injury → rehab → return to play, Lauren is there every step of the way. Her favourite part? Watching an athlete’s full journey — from setback to strong, confident performance again.

Alison is an experienced Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor who is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and capable — especially those who are new to fitness, returning after time away, or navigating peri-menopause and menopause.

She’s a strong advocate for strength training as a tool to:

✔️ Increase bone density
✔️ Reduce risk of injury
✔️ Support metabolism & body composition
✔️ Improve balance, stability & overall quality of life

Alison is especially proud of the two classes she’s created specifically for this stage of life:

We kicked things off by building baseline strength, dialing in movement patterns, and setting the foundation for what’s to come. 💪
