Meet Tiegan, one of our physiotherapists who specializes in youth athlete rehab and works with golfers of all ages — from juniors to competitive and recreational players.

Tiegan grew up as a competitive golfer, and through her own injury journey, developed a deep appreciation for physiotherapists who truly understood the demands of her sport. That experience shaped how she practices today: combining sport-specific knowledge, movement quality, and progressive strength to guide athletes safely back to performance.

She also runs our specialized Golf Off-Season Training Program, helping golfers build strength, mobility, and resilience so they can play better — and stay healthier — throughout the golf season.

Jordyn is our resident pelvic floor physiotherapist, specializing in women’s and pelvic health across every stage of life — from prenatal and pregnancy, to post-partum recovery, and beyond.

She also leads our Post-Partum Return to Fitness strength training class, helping new moms rebuild confidence, strength, and trust in their bodies in a supportive, expert-led environment.

Jordyn also works with young female athletes, active adults, and women navigating peri-menopause and menopause, supporting performance, pelvic health, and long-term resilience at every stage.
