When life takes an unexpected turn, it can feel like all your progress disappears. But setbacks aren't the end of your story — they're often where the deeper work begins.
In this blog by Ritika at bookmytherapy she explores:
🔹 How to quiet self-criticism and lean into self-compassion
🔹 Tools to rebuild trust in yourself, one small step at a time
🔹 The strength you’ve already shown (even if you’ve forgotten)

Trusting yourself is easier that it appears. You just need to begin — with one kind thought, one honest reflection, one small promise.

“When should I try self-help, and when is it time for therapy?”
This is one of the most common questions we get — and it's not always easy to answer.

In this blog, Geenishka breaks down the real difference between the two, how to know when you're crossing that invisible line, and why therapy isn’t a last resort — it’s a smart step forward.
If you’ve ever asked yourself “Is it time to talk to someone?” — this is for you.

On May 10, something truly special happened.

In honour of Mental Health Awareness Month, we came together for a Mandala Art Therapy session — and what unfolded was more than art. It was a quiet space to unwind, reflect, and reconnect.

With soft colours, steady hands, and open hearts, each participant created something uniquely beautiful. But the real beauty? The peaceful smiles as we wrapped up. 💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We’re deeply grateful you trusted us with your time and energy — and we’re so happy you left feeling lighter, inspired, and seen.

🗨️ Were you there? We’d love to hear what part of the experience stayed with you!
