For my #personalpractice today I really played with #transitions. Because they are usually something we (I) rush through and typically not with much Grace. Right now for me feels like a transition in life but also an opportunity to slow down and pay attention rather than be guided by unconscious inertia. How do I want to be? I've been extremely cranky. And giving myself permission to just be in it. Because I don't know what comes next and my nervous system hates #uncertainty. All I have is #selfkindness. And also the best pup to spot me in my vinyasa.
