I assist people who intuitively know there is more in life than what they are living, to view their situation from a different perspective by coaching and providing tools and techniques to allow them to be happier and without fear. As a child, I had an inner knowing that when I touched people, something shifted in them, which lead me to the Healing Modalities. I started my adventurous journey in h

olistic modalities in 2005, with Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and Heated Stone Massage. Over the years I continued adding to my expertise and practice, which included Sound and Life Coaching, Spiritual Healing, NLP, and Reflexology. or coaching session, my clients share their elation of feeling a sense of a heightened level of clarity and awareness in their soul. Clients are always amazed of my intuition and discernment of the turbulence in them that they were not aware of. They feel their physical pain dissipating, leaving them with a sense of relief of the possibilities that await them. The contrasting events in my life gave me the perfect opportunity to hone my skills and awareness and thrive because I grew up in a physically, mentally and emotionally abusive home. I created a way to have clarity as to what belonged to me which became my survival tool. My journey leading up to 2005 allowed me to experience everything from drug addiction to corporate middle management chaos, so you can see that I have had a wide range of life experiences. My art form continued to evolve and my clients where in “awe” with this new unique style of energy work, which produced a feeling of lightness and grounded in certainty to situations that previously baffled them. The world is consistently changing, so is human kind. More and more people are “waking up” to the fact that the old problem solving mythologies are not working today. There are new and innovated ways that we need to address what we face on a daily basis. There is more to this Universe than we had previously believed or thought and are question what is happening. I am here to assist those in this transition through my V.I.B.E. The monthly V.I.B.E. program provides

She now shares her experiences, and knowledge with others, using different modes and processes. Annette has been an Energy Practitioner since 2005 in Reiki, Shamballa, and Integrated Energy Therapy. Her practice as a Certified Reflexologist has grown since beginning in 2011. In 2013 she received her ordination as a minister with the Universal Life Church. She became a Certified Sound Coach and received her diploma as a Certified NLP Practitioner, along with her designation as a Licensed Spiritual Healer in 2015. Annette resides in Waterloo, Ontario, where she offers her services on line or in person.
