We created this space for you, to celebrate wins, losses, share resources and stories, have some laughs, and build a community together.

Parents, are you unsure of where to dive in and don't want to commit to an undefined number of parenting sessions without a plan or agenda? Are you wanting to do some parent work to give yourself tools and strategies while your child is involved in their own therapy?
Join us for a 4 week, virtual parenting group with Candice Fedy (RP) starting May 1st, specially designed for parents of kids prone to dysregulation, big emotions, and stressful situations. This group will provide parents with practical strategies to remain calm through your child's dysregulation, build your own emotional capacity, and increase your tolerance for distress along with your child's tolerance.

What we're doing here isn't just play. It's extremely therapeutic. It's about being a safe, regulated, secure base for children to connect with. It's for children to feel their needs are being met and an adult is attuned to their needs. It's for a child's emotions to be reflected, their true selves to be seen, heard, and accepted.
It may look/sound/seem like it's just play on the outside, but it's doing so much on the 'inside'.

Our next Identities In Bloom free drop-in is tomorrow! Come by on Tuesday March 10th between 7 and 9pm for some crafts, games and the chance to connect with peers and safe adult mentors. 🏳️‍🌈💞✨️🏳️‍⚧️
Youth ages 12-15 who identify as 2sLGBTQIA+, and youth feeling unsure or curious about who they are, youth of all abilities and backgrounds, and in all stages of exploring and becoming are welcome in this space. We aim to offer a neurodivergent-affirming environment and trauma-informed approach to tough conversations about gender, sexuality, the media, and safety.

This FREE group runs on the second tuesday of every month. Register on our website ahead of time, or with a facilitator when you arrive. 💛
