Join us in 2026 for the Autism Caregivers Collective, on ongoing support group for caregivers of autistic youth. 🧡🌻

Children may need something concrete to cue certain behaviours, tasks, or responses. In our Friendly Hearts social skills group, kids created beautiful kindness rocks to place in areas of their house that will remind them to be kind to others each and every day. When doing this as a group, kids got the chance to practice their kindness through using manners, giving compliments, sharing, turn taking, and including others. 💖 thanks to Melissa for showing off how her kindness rock was made!

Introducing The Expression Lab: a creative arts-based therapy group for kids ages 9–12!

Through art, music, movement, and drama, children will focus on different types of creative expression each week to explore and express emotions, build self-awareness, and connect with others.

We welcome all children ages 9-12 who may be shy, anxious, Neurodivergent, Autistic, or who struggle connecting with others

🗓️ Wednesdays, Jan 14 – Feb 4

⏱️ 5:30–6:45 PM

$180 per session (may be reimbursable through insurance or extended health benefits)

We had an amazing time at the this past Sunday at Bingemans in Kitchener! This was a great opportunity to connect with expecting moms and local parents of babies and toddlers about our post-partum therapy services, attachment based therapies, playful child-friendly approaches, and our upcoming baby and me group! We had a wonderful sensory wall and sandtrays with miniatures for children to interact with. We also had free co-regulation kits for parents to take home! We look forward to more community engagement in the future and had such a lovely time meeting everyone.
