This was ME last week: NOT listening to my body…it was whispering at me, and I was “too busy” to listen, completely ignoring her and PUSHED through it all 🙉
🤧 Today, I’m home from work with a nasty head cold.
Now, I’m reminded to slow down, take stock of what’s going on in my life, and notice what I need to adjust.
I recently had a big few months preparing for my BF and his 16 y/o son to move coupled with an extra home renovation due to water damage we were not anticipating.
🤧 COLDS CAN REPRESENT scattered thinking, too much to do, too many responsibilities, pressure to perform. Refusing to listen to your body and slow down. Feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and worn out. In need of some time to yourself. Confused about what choices to make
I also looked up the meaning of sore throat, post nasal drip, sinusitis….
I then muscle test to find out what the HIGHEST PRIORITY is that needs to be addressed and use the tools I know to clear any and all energetic interference regarding those symptoms getting to the root cause. I also journal, I look at the 6 Essentials, lifestyle habits, mindset - it's a WHOLE PROCESS.
When you take the time to really look at the LESSON in the symptoms and then actually PROCESS THEM, the Universe won’t need to hit you with it again, and again, and again.
