This was ME last week: NOT listening to my body…it was whispering at me, and I was “too busy” to listen, completely ignoring her and PUSHED through it all 🙉

🤧 Today, I’m home from work with a nasty head cold.
Now, I’m reminded to slow down, take stock of what’s going on in my life, and notice what I need to adjust.
I recently had a big few months preparing for my BF and his 16 y/o son to move coupled with an extra home renovation due to water damage we were not anticipating.

🤧 COLDS CAN REPRESENT scattered thinking, too much to do, too many responsibilities, pressure to perform. Refusing to listen to your body and slow down. Feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and worn out. In need of some time to yourself. Confused about what choices to make
I also looked up the meaning of sore throat, post nasal drip, sinusitis….

I then muscle test to find out what the HIGHEST PRIORITY is that needs to be addressed and use the tools I know to clear any and all energetic interference regarding those symptoms getting to the root cause. I also journal, I look at the 6 Essentials, lifestyle habits, mindset - it's a WHOLE PROCESS.

When you take the time to really look at the LESSON in the symptoms and then actually PROCESS THEM, the Universe won’t need to hit you with it again, and again, and again.

💥Stuck energy is a byproduct of prolonged, or accumulated stress
Stress can come from multiple sources giving us a variety of fluctuating emotions.

💥Your body holds on to these emotions because you’re unsure how to *energetically* process them.
And you can’t process what you don’t fully feel.

💥Most of us are not fully feeling because we’re so stuck in our head that we try to rationalize, justify, or think our way through our feelings.
Sorry friend, you can’t think your way through this.

💥Your body produces pain symptoms because it’s also trying to tell you something.
It’s telling you exactly where your energy is stuck, sluggish, blocked, or compromised in any way.

💥The simplest, quickest way to unstick the stuck energy and increase energy flow is to consciously breathe.
The simplest, quickest way to increase your mind-body connection is to CONSCIOUSLY BREATHE.

💥The more you breathe, the more you can perceive.
The more you perceive, the more you can begin to strengthen and balance your energy field.

💥The more balanced and connected you are, the less pain you’ll have.

We are electro-magnetic beings. And when you learn to tap into that, the possibilities are endless 💫🔥🚀

You also have an infinite supply of healing energy within you!! Yes, IN you. Not outside of you.

I recall as a kid hearing the phrase “you’ll worry yourself sick”. And I thought if that was true…could you also think yourself well?

In short, the answer is yes 🥳 It takes a little more than just thought alone, but our thoughts have a significant impact on our body and health, and recognizing that is a great place to start 🙌🏻

Stressful thoughts release stress hormones, leading to a fight or flight response that can stay activated for hours, days, or even years. This can wreak havoc on our health, making it difficult to return to the Sympathetic rest and digest mode.

Negative thoughts can also become belief patterns and are then stored in the subconscious mind, creating a feedback loop that is on autopilot.
However, reprogramming the subconscious mind through techniques such as Bio Energetic Synchronization can align conscious thoughts, beliefs, and goals with the subconscious mind.

It's important to recognize negative thoughts without shaming ourselves and to notice those patterns so we can ask our bodies what it needs in the moment.

I notice when I have thoughts like “I’m tired” or “I don’t feel well” it literally reaffirms those in my brain and I continue to feel that way. Many times when I’ve woken with a headache I’ll state “This will not impact my day, my body is healing and processing what’s needed for perfect health” I’ll get out of bed, drink some water, do a Morter March, and use essential oils. The headache is gone within 30-40 minutes. If I instead lay in bed sulking about my headache, it lasts for hours…
Mindset is everything when it comes to health.
