The making of Spirit Wellness has been the building of each experience in my life up to this moment! When I was in grade school I had an epiphany that the events happening in my life were deliberate. They were gifts to help me understand how others felt in certain situations so that I could help people navigate this sometimes harsh reality.....not bad for a 10 year old brain huh? Time has passed

and I have now used this gift for the last 10 years as a Social Worker. In addition to being in sync with how others were feeling I also had very vivid dreams. At various times in my life these have predicted events, shown past lives, provided direction and helped me process deep emotions. I would also wake up to songs in my head I didn't even know the name of; however, they always had a very specific message for the day. These experiences have slowly but not without resistance, taught me that we are all connected to each other and connected to something bigger than all of us. In my heart, this I know to be true. Reiki and Angel cards were something that fell into my life with such synchronicity. I had started a new job and was shadowing a co-worker. We got along so well that day she invited me to a spiritual gathering which talked about a book I had never heard of "A Course In Miracles". That same evening I bought my first Angel Card deck. The connection with angels and my confidence in the messages were instant. That same co-worker later invited me to a lecture with free Reiki. This was my first Reiki session ever and I instantly connected with the energy and the practitioner who later became my teacher and a friend! Lastly, I realized it was time to own the real me when a friend of mine said "Your family and friends come from all points on the spectrum and all of them have been open to all that you have to offer, now it's time for you to be open to it too". So there it is a small glimpse of my journey...I would love to hear about yours! :)
