Devoted to excellence and continuous quality improvement in the field of women’s reproductive health, we offer comprehensive, state of the art Obstetrical/Gynecological and Infertility services to the women and families of the Kitchener ,Waterloo and Guelph region. KARMA specializes in infertility investigations. A full infertility work-up is done with each new patient. This includes: pelvic and trans-vaginal exams starting cycle day 3, cycle day 9-15, endometrial biopsies, sonohystograms and hormonal blood testing. All fertility treatments are offered on-site. These include: monitoring of timed-intercourse cycles, intra-uterine insemination cycles with or without gonadotropins, IVF (in-vitro fertilization) and ICSI (Intra-cytoplasmic S***m Injection), PGS/PGD (Preimplantation Genetic Screening/Diagnosis) and ERA Receptivity Testing (Endometrial Receptivity Assay).
