We are changing our hours of operation from December 8th onwards. We appreciate your flexibility as we make this adjustment, and we look forward to serving you during our new hours 💚

The new hours are:

177 Albert Street

Monday 10 am to 8 pm
Tuesday 10 am to 8 pm
Wednesday 10 am to 8 pm
Thursday 10 am to 8 pm
Friday 10 am to 4 pm
Saturday Closed

Monday 1 pm to 7 pm

We are asking for donations for one of our most successful programs supporting counselling for Ontario College and University students. The holidays can bring mixed emotions, difficult memories, or added pressure and your feelings are valid. We’re delighted to welcome Sim Monga to our team as one of our intern therapists. Sim provides therapy sessions in English and Hindi, allowing him to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds in a language that feels most comfortable for them.

Sim brings empathy, professionalism, and a thoughtful approach to his therapeutic work. As an intern therapist, he is passionate about helping clients navigate emotional and personal challenges while continuing to develop his clinical skills under professional supervision.
