We often focus on the red flags. But what about the green flags, the positive signals that a relationship is healthy and growing?

A partner who consistently shows up with a positive outlook, adapts easily to unexpected changes, and helps without being asked? Those are big green flags.

When you see these qualities, you’re not just avoiding trouble. You’re building something meaningful, grounded and collaborative.

It’s surprising how burnout often sneaks in without the usual “crisis” moments. You might feel tired even after a good night’s sleep, notice more headaches or muscle aches, or find yourself getting sick more often.

Mentally and emotionally, you may find it harder to concentrate, more irritable, or less interest in things you used to enjoy.
