🤩 I have some pretty exciting news!
I am moving to Vancouver, British Columbia!!! 🏔️🏔️
After so many months of mulling it over, talking to friends, and researching all the logistics, I made the decision 😬
Is it scary moving across the country? Yes. There are many unknowns; will I like it? Will I be successful? Will I build my community?
But will it be worth it? Yes! We get 1 life and I don’t want to look back and say I wish I just would have…
Now the boring information:
My last day seeing clients in Ontario will be March 31st!
I am taking April to finish up packing, selling, organizing and THEN I will be driving out to my new home at the beginning of May!
Many many thanks to everyone who has been a part of my practice in the last 10+ years! So much growth and learning was had, so many connections made with colleagues, clients, families, community!
Cheers to what the future holds! 🥂🎊🥳

I am joining ‘The Push-up Challenge’ for mental health!
Between Feb 5- 27, I will be doing pushups everyday with a goal of hitting 2000 pushups in 23 days! 😅
