It’s taken a long time and of course still on that journey to just appreciating me. Its through showing up for myself each day and learning that my thoughts create my worth and reality. I am passionate about learning about this body I live in and do what I can to keep it mobile and strong but at the end of the day it’s how I decide to show up for myself and others that really count. A dedicated yoga practice can offer many tools but it’s by showing up, no matter, that will benefit in the long run. I might not always like my practice but those are the most interesting to me. Love yourself. No one can do that for you ❤️
