Life can be overwhelming at times, but even in the busiest moments, you deserve a pause. Here’s a simple yet powerful exercise to help you find calm and clarity—whether you’re sitting or standing.
✨ Breathe and Reset ✨
If possible, close your eyes.
Take a deep, slow breath in. Hold it for a moment, then exhale gently.
On your next inhale, begin counting down from 100.
99, 98, 97… Find a steady rhythm with each inhale and exhale.
No need for perfection—just focus on your breath and the countdown.
By the time you reach 0, you’ll likely feel lighter, clearer, and ready to move forward with your day. If you need more time, simply start again at 100.
Remember, a single breath can be the first step toward a calmer mind.
