We are so excited to announce that Ilex has a new look!
After 20 years as Ilex Eye Associates, we are now Ilex Eyecare.

While you may see some changes, please be assured you will also see the same faces you know and love. Our doctor and staff team will be staying the same. So will our phone number and location.

We are so thankful to our dedicated patients who have helped Ilex grow, and we are excited to have you with us during this next chapter.

Today the Ilex team got together to do a walk for ‘s Coldest Night of the Year, then celebrated with some cupcakes and hot chocolate. ☕️

Thanks to all of the full glasses orders in the month of February, Ilex was able to donate $315 to the cause. Thank you to everyone for supporting us and in turn, supporting an amazing local organization this month. 👓 ❄️

We're almost there.. almost at the end of winter! February has been pretty harsh weather wise.. especially for the vulnerable community in the area. Are you snowed in currently? Unfortunately, over 2000 people in our region were sleeping outside during these storms. At Ilex, we believe in giving back to our community as much as possible, which is why for the month of February every full spec purchase means a $5 donation to , which is an organization that helps vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness.

We have full pairs starting at $160, so you don’t need to spend a lot to get quality eye care and help the homeless community.

Happy New Year everyone! 🩵🤍 Yesterday we closed the office at noon and celebrated a great and transformative 2025 with a luncheon provided by Dr Derek and Dr Karen.
If you’ve been to Ilex at all in 2025, then we thank you for your patience as we navigated a brand new computer system. 2025 was a time of transition and we are excited to see what 2026 brings!
Thank you to all of our patients, new and existing, for a great year.

Through the generosity of every patient who supported the 2025 Ilex Eye Associates Christmas Cookie Raffle, we were able to raise just shy of $500, and it all goes to Mennonite Central Committee - MCC to help them help others. Well done, and again, our Ilex family wishes you and yours all the best for a wonderful Christmas and a healthy and prosperous 2026.
